Director of Project Management 

RDT is a family-owned custom, commercial refrigeration manufacturing company servicing the foodservice industry located near Dallas, TX. RDT continues to provide the foodservice industry with best-in-class refrigeration rack systems, advanced refrigeration monitoring devices and intuitive defrost control systems. 

We are presently seeking a Director of Project Managemet.

The ideal candidate for this position must have practical experience managing a team of professionals and complex workflow and be willing to discuss specific examples of this experience in an interview. The candidate must have great people skills and exhibit the ability to train a team to create a positive, productive work culture. Experience conducting employee performance reviews is a must, as well as having the ability to mentor and develop employees by setting specific goals and supporting employees in meeting those goals. The candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to distribute workload while holding the project management team accountable to strict deadlines.

Successful candidates MUST have:

• 5-8 years proven work experience managing a team
• Experience working with reps and customers
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to train, coach, mentor and develop employees
