RDT is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Design Services department

You will be successful in this position if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following duties:

• Review architectural floor plans and customer specifications.
• Design, draw, and quote customer projects as assigned and/or directed.
• Prepare and complete all projects timely and accurately.
• Review all drawings and specs before preparing quotes.
• Be the interface point between the Customers and the company on assigned projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration equipment industry.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Good judgment in investigating problems and making sound business decisions.
• Maintain and grow working knowledge of basic refrigeration, including knowledge of the commercial refrigeration industry.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers in a respectful, prompt, and professional manner.
• Knowledgeable, cheerful, and professional with customers.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision once trained.
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• AutoCAD knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
